RETURNS
At The Tattooed Penguin, we inspect each item before shipping. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Please contact us within 2 business days of delivery for any defects or issues with your merchandise. If your item doesn't work out for you for any reason and you need to make a return, please refer to our return policy below.
Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date. If your item doesn't fit, it can be only be exchanged for the same item in another size. If the item is sold out, you will be issued a store credit (less our original shipping cost with a max of $7) in the form of an online gift card. Gift cards do not expire. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please allow 2 business days for your return to be processed after delivery. We do not offer refunds.

Accessories (jewelry, bags, hats, belts, sunglasses, etc.);
Boysuits/Swimsuits/Undergarments/Intimates;
Tumblers and mugs
Damages and issues
We closely inspect all of our merchandise before shipping. In the event we missed something, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
